Certification Authority

Certification is exercised as a discretionary institutional authority within defined scope.

Nature of Certification

Certification issued under Zylaris Academy authority is an institutional determination. It is not a right, entitlement, or participation outcome.

Certification exists only under explicit scope and remains conditional for its full duration.

Scope of Certification

Each certification issued by Zylaris Academy is explicitly scoped. Scope defines the precise boundaries within which representational authority exists.

Certification does not generalise beyond its declared scope and may not be extended by inference, association, or practice.

  • Functional Scope. Certification applies only to the specific role, function, or activity explicitly identified.
  • Contextual Scope. Validity is confined to the defined context and does not transfer across domains.
  • Representational Limits. Certification does not imply endorsement beyond the stated scope.

Absence of Rights

Certification issued by Zylaris Academy does not create rights, entitlements, or presumptions beyond the scope expressly defined by the Academy.

Certification is an authorization subject to governance, not a grant of privilege or standing outside its declared limits.

  • No commercial rights. Certification does not grant the right to sell, market, or monetise Zylaris offerings.
  • No client access. Certification does not provide access to clients, leads, or commercial relationships.
  • No sales authority. Certification does not authorize pricing, contracting, or representation in commercial transactions.
  • No implied endorsement. Certification does not constitute general endorsement by Zylaris Academy or related entities.

Duration & Validity

Certification issued by Zylaris Academy is valid only for a defined duration and within the conditions set at the time of issuance.

Validity does not persist by default and does not survive changes in scope, governance determination, or institutional conditions.

  • Time-defined. Each certification carries an explicit validity period.
  • Non-permanent. Certification does not confer perpetual standing.
  • Conditional. Continued validity is subject to ongoing conformity with governed standards.
  • Non-inheritable. Certification does not transfer through continuity of role, entity, or practice.

Revocability Clause

Certification issued by Zylaris Academy is revocable at any time as a matter of institutional governance.

Revocation may occur in whole or in part where standards are breached, scope is exceeded, or representational discipline is compromised.

  • Discretionary. Revocation is determined by Academy governance without obligation to external validation.
  • Immediate effect. Revocation may take effect upon determination.
  • No vested interest. Prior issuance does not create immunity from withdrawal.
  • Non-negotiable. Revocation is not subject to negotiation, appeal-by-consent, or implied tolerance.

Non-Transferability

Certification issued by Zylaris Academy is non-transferable and remains bound to the specific individual or entity to which it is issued.

Certification may not be assigned, sublicensed, delegated, inherited, or implied through association, continuity, or representation.

  • Personal or Entity-Specific. Certification applies only to the named holder identified at issuance.
  • No Delegation. Authority may not be exercised by proxies, partners, or affiliates.
  • No Continuity by Practice. Repetition of activity does not create standing or implied transfer.
  • Termination on Breach. Any attempt to transfer or imply transfer renders certification invalid.
