Constitutional Notice
Zylaris Academy is the standards and continuity authority of the Zylaris ecosystem.
Mandate
Its mandate is to preserve methodological correctness, representational discipline, and institutional coherence as Zylaris operates beyond individual actors.
Governance Scope
Zylaris Academy governs certification, accreditation, and the authorised use of Zylaris language, frameworks, and representational claims.
Operational Boundary
The Academy operates as a governance body. It does not engage in commercial activity, operational delivery, or client-facing execution.
Institutional Permanence
Zylaris Academy exists as a permanent institutional mechanism. Its authority is independent of scale, participation volume, or issuance frequency.
What the Academy Is Not
Not an Education Provider
Zylaris Academy is not a school, training institution, or course provider. It does not exist to educate for participation or revenue.
Not a Pathway
The Academy does not offer pathways, progression routes, or implied eligibility for certification, representation, or authority.
Not a Commercial Entity
Zylaris Academy does not sell services, grant access to clients, or participate in commercial activity of any kind.
Not an Invitation
Presence on this site does not constitute an invitation to apply, enquire, participate, or engage with the Academy.
Certification Nature (Restrictive)
Certification under Zylaris Academy is selective, assessed, discretionary, scoped, time-bound, and revocable.
Selective
Certification is not open enrolment. It is granted only through formal assessment under Standards Board authority.
Evidence-Based
Certification is based on submitted artefacts and observable method. Credentials, reputation, or participation are insufficient.
Scoped
There is no general certification. Every certification defines explicit scope, boundaries, and representational limits.
Time-Bound
Certification is issued with a validity period. Renewal is not automatic and carries no presumption.
Revocable
Certification may be suspended or withdrawn. Authority is conditional and remains subject to review, monitoring, and enforcement.
No Commercial Rights
Certification does not grant commercial rights, client access, sales authority, or entitlement to represent Zylaris outside the defined scope.
Enforcement & Revocation
Zylaris Academy maintains enforcement authority over all certifications, accreditations, and authorised representational claims issued under its governance.
Ongoing Oversight
Certified authority remains subject to review for the duration of its validity. Oversight is continuous and is not limited to renewal periods or scheduled audits.
Grounds for Action
Enforcement action may be initiated in response to misrepresentation, scope breach, methodological deviation, or conduct inconsistent with Academy standards.
Procedural Determination
Enforcement decisions are made by the Standards Board or its delegated authority. Determinations are procedural and do not require external validation.
Suspension and Revocation
Certification may be suspended or revoked in full or in part. Revocation may occur with immediate effect where warranted.
Public Certification Registry
This registry records current and historical certifications issued under Zylaris Academy governance. Inclusion confirms limited, scoped representational authority only.
